Trading Standards have advised they will be cracking down on retailers selling Jolly Ranchers, normal or freeze dried. We understand this might be disappointing, but we're here to make things right and recommend Hard Rhubarb and Custard for a similar but better texture.

You'll have the choice to either receive a refund for the sweets, with the shipping cost deducted, or you can opt to cover the postage expenses for return, and I'll arrange the delivery of a fresh batch of sweets.

We employ Royal Mail and DPD for our parcel shipments. For all UK orders surpassing £30, standard delivery is free, while orders over £50 qualify for complimentary 24-hour delivery. Alternatively, if you opt for our premium delivery service, you'll receive text notifications along with a one-hour delivery window courtesy of DPD.
If, unfortunately, your order or a portion of it arrives damaged or incomplete, kindly capture photographs of the damage, including the box. Please refrain from discarding the sweets or packaging. Afterward, reach out to us with the photographs (as we need them to initiate a case with the postal service responsible for the delivery). Subsequently, we will collaborate with you to provide a full refund or arrange a replacement—whichever option suits you best.
