- Royal Mail 24 and DPD: Ships within 1 working day
- Royal Mail 48 and International: Ships within 3 working days
We strive to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders the same working day if the product is already made. However, if your sweets require freeze-drying, the process can take up to 36 hours. During busy periods, there may be a queue for the freeze-drying machine, which can extend dispatch times to up to 3 days.

- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.75
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked (aimed for next-day delivery, not guaranteed): £6.00
- DPD/DHL with 1-hour timeslot: £9.00
Important: Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Note: All delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.
Important Information for International Orders
If you refuse an international package or fail to collect it from customs, any customs fees and return shipping costs will be billed back to us. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
