We pick, pack and dispatch all orders the same working day if we have the product already made. If product is not already made we will need to freeze dry your sweets which can take up to 36 hours to complete the freeze dried cycle. However if we are busy there can be a big queue of sweets that need to go into the machine; Thus it can take up to 3 days to dispatch orders. During busier periods, it can take up to 5 working days for orders to be dispatched.
